Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused tool belts or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
